Prayers for Kohen as He Continues His Recovery
Another Texas child is fighting through serious injuries after a devastating e-bike crash.
His name is Kohen.
Angela Marklin is asking for prayers after she says Kohen was riding his e-bike and crossing a road at an intersection in Liberty Hill, Texas, when he was struck by a car.

He was rushed to Dell Children’s and admitted to the ICU with multiple broken bones and a small brain bleed.
His mom, Kerri, says Kohen initially struggled with confusion and short-term memory. At one point, he reportedly didn’t even believe he had been in the accident.
Thankfully, the latest updates have brought encouraging news.
Kohen is now walking, talking, and eating. His family says his memory continues to improve, and they’re even starting to hear his funny jokes again.

But he still has significant healing ahead, including therapy and numerous appointments as he continues recovering.
Kohen’s story is also a reminder of how quickly an e-bike ride can become dangerous.
